At Outlaw Leather, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our goods and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear, whether you are on the job or out on the road.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the leather is protected from creases or moisture.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return for wear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
